About Dr. Buraimoh
Orthopedic problems may not make you sick but they can stop you from being active. If that is you, I want to help you get your life back. I am a board certified orthopaedic surgeon practicing at Bristol Health in Bristol, CT. After graduating from Harvard College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, I earned my Doctorate in Medicine at Boston University. I completed my orthopaedic surgery residency at the Detroit-based Henry Ford Hospital System. Subsequently, I completed spine surgery fellowship at The University of Maryland, a center for trauma care and complex spinal surgery. During my training, I was active in research and authored numerous research papers and presentations. I am a member of the North American Spine Society, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and the Hartford County Medical Association.

My goal is to provide the highest quality patient care. I believe that excellent patient care starts with listening to and answering questions honestly and plainly. It continues with assisting patients in developing personalized, actionable plans aimed at alleviating pain and recovering function.

My practice at Bristol Health includes the treatment of a wide range of spinal disorders, including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar conditions. I have expertise in minimally invasive spine surgery, as well as traditional open techniques. In addition to the spine, I also treat hip and knee arthritis, and I perform robotic total hip and knee replacement.

In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music, working out, watching movies, and and playing golf.
